April 12, 13, 14

April 12. John and I celebrated our 18 year anniversary! Every anniversary makes me so proud because it seems people just don't stay together anymore when things get tough or boring. I love that not only are we still together but we are still HAPPY and still learning about each other. And most importantly we are still having fun and growing in the Lord together!
Had a special treat tonight too. John planned to take me out to dinner, and while we are getting ready, to leave, planning to leave the kids at home watching movies, our wonderful neighbors Steve and Amanda  asked if they could take the kids out to dinner to Red Robin and then invited them to stay at their house afterward watching movies with them until we got home. Amazing!

April 13. Church this morning and then we had a beautifully relaxing church picnic at the park. In the beginning it looked as though it would be miserable because it was super windy and we thought we wouldn't have a covered area to hang out but God provided! The biggest pavilion was open and available! Praise the Lord! The wind dies down toward the end but it turned out to not even be that much of an issue!
Now the church wants to plan one twice a week and it looks like John and I will be in charge of organizing it again. :) Yay!

April 14. Kids had swimming lessons today, 3 more to go. They are doing so well!

Then afterward I took Jessi, Maddie and Dina to Mrs. Bobbi's house to help her untangle and roll yarn into balls. She had an absolute blast and I believe the girls did too. Jessi and Maddie came home wanting to wrap all of THEIR yarn into balls! Jessi's on number 3 right now!

Now we are up waiting to see the Blood Moon which will be in about 2 hours, (about 12:00 midnight.) Hoping it will be a cool sight to see. :)
