2015 in a nutshell

WOW! This past year was a blur! Can't believe it's been over a year, AGAIN, since I wrote anything on this silly blog. I truly want to do this, but it seems I can't find my rhythm.

So.. A quick summary of the past year.

In October 2014 we were told that our landlord didn't want to be a landlord any more and if we weren't prepared to pay for repair costs in the home we were in we needed to move. At the same time we were offered a house to rent just 4 houses down for the same rent even though it was a much bigger house. From 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.  So we jumped on that!

For the whole month of November we stopped school and me and the kids moved the house over one wagon full at a time. Back and forth, upstairs and downstairs! WHEW that was an adventure!

Got all moved in by December 1st. So we got to have Christmas in our new home.

Living here has been cool, took a while to get used to the floors, lol, they are a bit ugly but they have grown on me a little.

Since moving we are now "closer" to Miranda and Rodney so we have gotten to visit with them outside here and there. They seem so sweet. Hoping that relationship grows.

Then this Summer we decided we were going to move to Idaho May of this year. Started selling a bunch of stuff, making plans, etc.

But by the time November rolled around we were in need of so many things, medical, dental, clothes, food, household stuff, car payments and truck repairs etc.
It didn't make sense to plan to hold on to the money we were getting to move when we had so many other needs.. 

So now we aren't moving.  Probably going to try again in 2017, but we"re really going to be praying about whether or not it is God's plan our our own plans. :)

Christmas was sweet and simple this year, rang in the New Year with fun and church family again.
